Applicants can be student, student affairs manager of the host institute/colleges. 2. 因病休学、复学、退学的，需提交公立医院出具的相关证明材料。/Suspend schooling, resume schooling, and discontinue schooling due to health issues must be supported by documents issued by public hospital. 3. 退学申请非学生本人提出的，需提交培养单位退学处理报告。/Application for quitting which is not proposed by the student must be supported by the host institute’s report. 4. 申请提前毕业的，需附培养单位学位委员会意见。/Early graduation must be supported by the report of Degree Committee of host institute/colleges. 5. 一般不接受变更导师、专业、培养单位的申请。遇有特殊情况确需变更的，理由必须充分、正当，且在联系新导师、新培养单位前， 应事先征得原导师、原培养单位的同意。/Application for changing supervisor, major and/or host institute are seldom approved. Only those under special circumstances and with strong and rational reasons will be considered.
